Properties can be either in the UK or in selected locations abroad. Subject to location, the maximum LTV is 80% and rates start from just 0.89% over base. The base rate is either Bank of England or the local base rate - the customer can decide.

• Non-UK residents (either UK or foreign nationals) who wish to buy/remortgage a property in the UK. This is mainly available for investment or second home purposes.
• UK residents wishing to purchase/remortgage a second home or investment property abroad
